														Soak the wakame in water to cover for 15-30 minutes - put it in a bigger bowl than you think, it will expand dramatically! 
- 
														While it's soaking, mix together the soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil to make a dressing. 
- 
														Squeeze the water out of the wakame and mix the dressing in. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve or keep at room temperature for a couple of hours if you're making it in advance.
