Description
This dry rub can add lots of flavour to any kind of meat - chicken wings, a roast, chops etc. You could use it for tofu but we didn't love it for that. It also can help create a crust or a crispness on the outside of meat.
Makes about 2/3 c and keeps indefinitely.

														Mix all the ingredients together and store in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. If it's clumpier than you like, whiz it altogether in a small blender or dedicated spice grinder. To use, see this video for baked chicken wings.
