“Nooch”/Glory Bowl Dressing

Description

The original recipe (without tahini) is from the book Hollyhock Cooks, the addition of tahini came from Whitewater Cooks (links below). Either version is good not only on salad but on rice and noodle bowls as well.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast ("nooch")
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons light soy sauce (or tamari)
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons water
  • 1 clove garlic (large, peeled)
  • 1 tablespoon tahini (optional)
  • 3/4 cups neutral oil (we like sunflower)
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients except for the oil, until smooth. Slowly add the oil in a steady stream while continuing to blend.
